• • Provide the following information: Product owner name, phone number, e-mail, product photos, product condition and a suggested maximum and minimum price with a minimum difference of 20%.
  • We evaluate the product to approve it and accordingly we list it at its maximum price, and gradually we decrease the price until it reaches its minimum price, and in case the item is not purchased, we have the right to request it to its owners.
  • In the aim of saving in delivery costs and guarantying the quality of the product, we hold the exclusivity to ask delivering the product to our warehouses on consignment base, noting that it can be returned to its owner within a month of informing afandee.
  • The value of the sold product will be considered as a consignment for 24 hours to guarantee the functionality of it.
  • If the buyer decided to return the product, the seller undertakes to accept the process and continues to list the product.
  • The price of the sold product will be transferred through online tools such as “Western Union” noting that the cost of the transfer will be charged on the product owner.
  • The seller undertakes to collect his product immediately and within a week, upon our request to return it, otherwise the product will be sent for recycling.
  • A small fee will be charged on every item sold for marketing and content management.
