How long does it take to deliver my order?

We promise to deliver your order within a maximum of 4 working days to anywhere in the Lebanon. Other countries delivery timelines will be mentioned at checkout page, once you select your country. 

Next Day Delivery option will be also available for customers located in selected regions using Afandee Express Delivery, at additional service charge.

Our logistic partners representative will be contacting you to schedule the preferred delivery day/time, so make sure you provide accurate contact details at checkout!

 

What happens if the purchased item is not working? Or not the same as wanted? Or simply changed my mind?

We provide our customers free returns and replacements for any delivered faulty products reported within 48 hours. Most of our products are also covered by supplier warranty which will be mentioned in products description and customer’s invoice.

The customer will be charged shipping cost for returning, or exchanging items that are not damaged or found faulty.

All you need to do is, contact our Customer Care team and they will take your case further. We recommend our customers to review the site Return Policy

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose any payment option of the below at the checkout page:

  • Cash On Delivery COD: Only available for customers located in the Lebanon.
  • Credit Card On Delivery CCOD: Only available for customers located in UAE.
  • Online Credit / Debit Card: Available for all customers.
  • Online PayPal: Available for all customers. 

 

How to follow-up, track or cancel an order?

To follow-up or track your order, please click on Track Order in the top-bar menu and mobile menu, then write your order number and email id that was used to place it. Once you submit, instant information about your order will be displayed!

For immediate orders cancellation, contact our Customer Care team. Our team can also keep you updated with the order status.

Visit Sell On Afandee page, click on ‘Open Store’ button, which will redirect you to fill the seller application form. 

Once your application is filled and submitted, you will be redirected to create an account with instant access to your seller dashboard!

What is the cost of having a seller account on Trenddr?

Start your online selling journey with us with No Cost. You will be charged for a Commission on Sales once the sale is done!

Sold products must be delivered to our premises for Quality Check and Packaging, we can provide this service based on predefined fee.
