On a daily basis, we analyze hundreds of items from different marketplaces and competitors to make sure you get the best price for your gadget.

Is my estimate guaranteed?

An estimate is what it sounds like: an estimate of how much your gadget is worth. If when we receive your gadget the condition is different than described, we’ll send you a revised estimate and you’ll have 3 business days to either accept or decline. If you decline the new offer and want your gadget returned, return shipping fees will apply.

How long will Afandee consign my item(s)?

Afandee consigns the item(s) for three months from the date of item reception in our warehouses. If the item(s) is/are not sold during this period, we can renew the period or return the items back to you.

When do I get paid if my item(s) is/are sold?

You will receive your payment 2 days after the item has been sold, to guarantee its quality and functionality to the buyer.

How will I get paid when my item(s) is/are sold?

You will be paid either cash transfer through Western Union or any other similar transfer tools.
