Information on our return policy
You can cancel your order within 48 hours or before dispatched; If payment is done by card; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially. Please allow for up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed. It may take additional 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your card/bank account statement, depending on your credit card company.
All returns must be reported and notified to us within 48 hours of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please contact customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain approval and arrange for the item pickup and return. Please note, you will be responsible for all returns, or exchange shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take additional 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your card/bank account statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. In case of cash paid order, we process the refund by bank account deposit/transfer. Please Note: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

All our delivered items are subject to inspection for quality, However if your received items are defective or damaged, please contact customer care team to arrange a refund or exchange. Please Note to Check product description for warranty information.

What to do if I received a defective product?
Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for any malfunctioned or defective items so we can get the product, inspect it and then provide a replacement when applicable!
What to do if I changed my mind, and I don’t want the product anymore?
Contact our customer support team at email@example.com for pick up for return only if the product is still unpacked, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.Noting that the back shipping charge will be on your charge.
What are the most important factors that guarantee a smooth and easy return?
- Request of return should be done within 48 hours.
- Product should be in its original package not opened.
- All original tags and labels are attached as originally received.
- Product should be unused and not damaged.
- Items should not belong to the above listed products not subject to return.
