Information on our return policy
You can cancel your order within 48 hours or before dispatched; If payment is done by card; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially. Please allow for up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed. It may take additional 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your card/bank account statement, depending on your credit card company.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
All returns must be reported and notified to us within 24 hours of the purchase date. Exchange is only applied for defective or not functioning products.
To return an item, please contact customer care team at email@example.com to obtain approval and arrange for the item pickup and exchange. Please note, you will be responsible for all exchange shipping charges.

What to do if I received a defective product?
Contact our customer support team at email@example.com for any malfunctioned or defective items so we can get the product, inspect it and then provide a replacement when applicable!
What are the most important factors that guarantee a smooth and easy exchange?
- Request of exchange should be done within 24 hours.
- Product should be in its original package not opened.
- All original tags and labels are attached as originally received.
- Product should be unused and not damaged.
- Items should not belong to the above listed products not subject to return.
